MLCSL'S AUTHENTICATION SERVICES
Professional, independent services are provided by experienced Meat and Livestock Commercial Services staff at those abattoirs listed in this Directory of Authentication Service Users.
Plants listed in this directory have reached a new or continuing agreement.
MLCSL's authentication services are UKAS accredited and provide accurate and consistent technical assessments of beef, sheep and pig carcases. In particular, authentication of carcase identity, dressing specification and weight are essential features of the services.
